In the 11th match minute, Husaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marian Domala to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 21 minutes, Leon Adamus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Husaria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Adamus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Husaria getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Wladyslaw Blochowiak hit a great ball. When Costa Rica's Axel Tasis in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Husaria's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Radowit Wozniak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Radowit Wozniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radoslaw Dylla in the 34th minute. When Alan Moruga fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Alan Moruga a yellow card for diving instead. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radoslaw Dylla. Husaria's Radowit Wozniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Alcocer to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. Axel Tasis's late challenge caught a Husaria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Axel Tasis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Tasis to maneuver through the defense. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franciszek Brudzisz in the 65th minute of play. After 67 played minutes Husaria got a freekick which was hit by Janusz Kapelski. 68 minutes into the game, Aaron Alcocer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Husaria the free kick. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franciszek Brudzisz in the 72nd minute of play. Aaron Alcocer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Wozniak having to interfere. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoslaw Dylla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Husaria had played much better football throughout.
