Mexico's Luca Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leszek Huchro. BESTIA GDAŃSK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Leszek Huchro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luca Zorita went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Szymon Maziarski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dante Lacasa firmly grabbed it by the left post. 33 minutes into the match, BESTIA GDAŃSK's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Leszek Huchro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BESTIA GDAŃSK's Leszek Huchro did a great save. BESTIA GDAŃSK's Leszek Huchro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 37th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leszek Huchro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alberto Tafalla's late challenge caught a BESTIA GDAŃSK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albert Remus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee ignored BESTIA GDAŃSK's protests and gave Cyryl Tyszka a yellow card for diving instead. Cyryl Tyszka hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Leszek Huchro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Leonardo Leoz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Leoz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leszek Huchro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
