Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Berganza took the kick off in the first half of the match. Karl-Michael Brask kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. A collision led to Batalionul U23 Dorobanti getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Blagoy Doro hit a great ball. In the 7th minute of the match Abraham Alguacil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavio Peter skillfully saved the ball. In the 8th minute, Aaron Barrios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Flavio Peter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ionuț Contra got a free kick in the 13th minute. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Michael Brask, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Abraham Alguacil took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Peter. Flavio Peter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Flavio Peter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 28th minute of play forced Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Flavio Peter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 36th minute of play. Flavio Peter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Cotilla was a little too slow when Xerxes Doro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 1-1. Xerxes Doro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Michael Brask was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Xerxes Doro came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 53 played minutes Batalionul U23 Dorobanti got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Bejan. Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Michael Brask in the 57th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's corner Paul Stoian fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcos Cotilla quite easily take care of the ball. Matthew Garrido made in the 68th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Abraham Alguacil however managed to control. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Flavio Peter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Miralles in the 71st minute of play. Karl-Michael Brask recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th match minute, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blagoy Doro to maneuver through the defense. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Michael Brask in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Karl-Michael Brask left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Batalionul U23 Dorobanti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 88th minute, Ulisses Doro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abraham Alguacil was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Flavio Peter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 93rd minute of play. Mugur Bejan hit a great ball. Abraham Alguacil, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Panama's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
