Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 4th minute of play forced ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪'s goalkeeper Ignacio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harald Ingemarsson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 10th minute. ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ignacio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulkerim Türköne in the 17th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harald Ingemarsson in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪'s Gürol Özgiray got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪'s goalkeeper Ignacio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 31st minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Ignacio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Abdulkerim Türköne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ignacio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harald Ingemarsson. In the 40th minute, Harald Ingemarsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harald Ingemarsson got free with Julio Vera in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ignacio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulkerim Türköne in the 63rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68thth minute of the game Harald Ingemarsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ignacio Vera made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪'s Ali Galip Kayrak was substituted for Harald Ingemarsson. Abdulkerim Türköne took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 84th minute of the match, Cristian Sancho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ignacio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪'s goalkeeper Ignacio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gürol Özgiray hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪ players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
