After 20 played minutes Los Colegas del Barrio got a freekick which was hit by Ximun De la Rosa. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Pelayo Vazquez's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Paulo Victor made a huge save. Garry Mason kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Los Colegas del Barrio's Paulo Victor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Los Colegas del Barrio from getting a goal against them. Paulo Victor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 60th minute. Paulo Victor was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1.
