Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Xhoris's Hatta Baso got a free kick in the 3rd minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 7th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Billberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Billberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th match minute, Xhoris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hatta Baso to maneuver through the defense. Gust Swiggers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of play forced Xhoris's goalkeeper Richard Billberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Gust Swiggers tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match Xhoris got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gust Swiggers ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 23rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Billberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richard Billberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After having played for 27 minutes, Gust Swiggers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xhoris's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gust Swiggers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Senne Vrijdags recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Xhoris's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Richard Billberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd match minute, Xhoris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gust Swiggers to maneuver through the defense. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Billberg having to interfere. Felix Montes's late challenge caught a Xhoris's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Camilo Gisbert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xhoris the free kick. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gust Swiggers in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute Tuure Jamieson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xhoris made a substitution. Zapryan Vasov replaced Freek Jongbloedt. Xhoris made a substitution. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Xhoris was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gust Swiggers didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuure Jamieson in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Luis Andino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Richard Billberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Senne Vrijdags received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Senne Vrijdags had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
