AC United's Gustav Wästerberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save AC United from getting a goal against them. 11 minutes into the game, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Roland Hilbe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustav Wästerberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ernst Cakir did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Gustav Wästerberg 14 minutes into the match. In the 18th match minute, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georg Pfeiffer to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes AC United got a freekick which was hit by Fritz Mattsson. Calle Möller charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Calle Möller the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pio Erne's late challenge caught a AC United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pio Erne helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Pio Erne got a free kick in the 28th minute. Ernst Cakir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Gustav Wästerberg made a huge save. In the last second Gustav Wästerberg throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ernst Cakir in the 33rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 42 played minutes ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ got a freekick which was hit by Luca Tobler. Gustav Wästerberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernst Cakir went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Gustav Wästerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Cakir in the 55th minute of play. Damian Brändle kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. When ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Ernst Cakir in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC United's goalie prevented a goal. Gustav Wästerberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernst Cakir's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Algot Bremming hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. When ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Ernst Cakir in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustav Wästerberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Herbert Good proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ from getting a goal against them. The corner led AC United's Sven-Oskar Wallin to fire away a dangerous shot which Herbert Good despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gustav Wästerberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernst Cakir went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Bernd Heid recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fritz Mattsson kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 84thth minute. Though ot was a great shot ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's keeper Herbert Good was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After 86 minutes, Ernst Cakir made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. AC United's Gustav Wästerberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fritz Mattsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Herbert Good made a huge save. In the 94th minute, Damian Brändle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fritz Mattsson was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 97th match minute, AC United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fritz Mattsson to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ fully deserved thier win.
