The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacinto Cross got free with Kennet Benett in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Talcampeón FC's Cerilo Bustunzuria got a free kick in the 7th minute. Zendraget BK's Linus Ahlin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Talcampeón FC. Talcampeón FC's Rutenio Poveda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thor Nordin in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Karl Frisck notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Talcampeón FC's Rutenio Poveda. Rutenio Poveda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kennet Benett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Cross in the 26th minute. Kennet Benett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Cross, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Cornelio Marcou hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute Jacinto Cross shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kennet Benett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Cross received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Kennet Benett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Linus Ahlin fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zendraget BK's protests and gave Linus Ahlin a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Zendraget BK's Linus Ahlin got a free kick in the 38th minute. After 39 played minutes, Talcampeón FC's Jacinto Cross shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kennet Benett came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Talcampeón FC reached it. In the 43rd minute Börje Rudberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rutenio Poveda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacinto Cross to strike the kick off in the second half. Cosme Mella kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Kennet Benett came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Talcampeón FC's Jacinto Cross. But to his dismay, Jacinto Cross quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 61 played minutes Talcampeón FC got a freekick which was hit by Gilesindo Deuth. Linus Ahlin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 62nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 76th match minute, Talcampeón FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Vilches to maneuver through the defense. Kennet Benett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Francisco Maffey in the 81st minute of play. Börje Rudberg was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 93 minutes into the match, Zendraget BK's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Cross came free, but Kennet Benett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ysmael Peraza was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 95 minutes into the match. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Talcampeón FC! When the match had been going on for 97 minutes, Zendraget BK's Linus Ahlin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Rutenio Poveda.
