Sosoco FC's Jorge da Silva shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 5th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Carlos Eduardo de Carvalho but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Pinheiro in the 11th minute of play forced Sosoco FC's goalkeeper Luiz Guilherme Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diguinho Lucas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute, Jeremias Pinheiro made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Guilherme Zanette. Sosoco FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Dorian Linares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Carlos Eduardo de Carvalho made a huge save. After 18 played minutes Dorian Linares rounded UPTEXTIL.COM's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ediberto Marinho in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Guilherme Zanette prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amadeu Senna hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Jeremias Pinheiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UPTEXTIL.COM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 43 minutes into the game, Baltazar Paraibano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Luiz Guilherme Zanette was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th match minute, Sosoco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorian Linares to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lúcio Mattos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rodolfo Tande lost his temper 50 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The crowd rose to their feet as Jeremias Pinheiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luiz Guilherme Zanette. That made the score 1-6 in the 61 minute of play. Wágner Travassos charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wágner Travassos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th minute, Wágner Travassos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. UPTEXTIL.COM's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
