Olimpiu Fecioru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tim Billing having to interfere. In the 65th minute of the match, Golo Phoenix got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tim Billing was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Carl Ek hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Tiberiu Rotariu was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. If Mircea Jupân had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viktor Molander kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Golo Phoenix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 90 played minutes Golo Phoenix rounded AIF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-5. In the 96thth minute of the game Golo Phoenix who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AIF's Tim Billing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle sounded PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AIF.
