Algot Månsson started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Ragnar Nord shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Rudberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Bergqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Josefsson in the 7th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Dennis Kalfhage dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gustaf Rudberg, 1-1. 15 minutes into the match, Wetterqvist Boys BK's goal looked a bit too open when Algot Månsson came free, but Andreas Bergqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oscar Östensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Gustaf Rudberg made a huge save. In the 17th minute, AC United's Erland Törnblom seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Erland Törnblom the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of AC United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Erland Törnblom had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 16 minutes into the game, one of AC United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 21 minutes into the match, Wetterqvist Boys BK's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Josefsson came free, but Andreas Bergqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birger Josefsson scored 1-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andreas Bergqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ragnar Nord fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaf Rudberg having to interfere. Kent Blomqvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gustaf Rudberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Kent Blomqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 29th minute. Andreas Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algot Månsson in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute Timmy Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Bergqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Birger Josefsson went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Gustaf Rudberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Nord in the 38th minute of the match. The supporters of Wetterqvist Boys BK booed when AC United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Algot Månsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustaf Rudberg made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Oscar Östensson sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute Algot Månsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kent Blomqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Gustaf Rudberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Hedlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Wetterqvist Boys BK's Andreas Bergqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Wetterqvist Boys BK from getting a goal against them. After 56 minutes of play, Wetterqvist Boys BK's Kent Blomqvist made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaf Rudberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as AC United's Birger Josefsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andreas Bergqvist. That made the score 3-5 after 67 minutes of play. Andreas Bergqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Algot Månsson in the 70th minute. After 82 minutes of play, Wetterqvist Boys BK's Kent Blomqvist made it 5-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaf Rudberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wetterqvist Boys BK's Kent Blomqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dennis Kalfhage scored 6-5 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustaf Rudberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
