But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Täman couldn't finish the play. Algot Månsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7thth minute of the game Ingvar Täman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zendraget BK's Kennet Benett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Birger Josefsson scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kennet Benett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustaf Rudberg made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Thor Nordin sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, AC United's Gustaf Rudberg got control of the ball when Thor Nordin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kennet Benett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Algot Månsson went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 25 minutes into the game, one of AC United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 26 minutes, Zendraget BK's Linus Ahlin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gustaf Rudberg. 30 minutes into the match, Birger Josefsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kennet Benett. Zendraget BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Birger Josefsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. After a rather tough play, AC United's Malte Wikander got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Kennet Benett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Täman in the 37th minute of play. Karl Frisck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustaf Rudberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thor Nordin, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Täman in the 66th minute of play forced Zendraget BK's goalkeeper Kennet Benett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Algot Månsson got free with Kennet Benett in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Birger Josefsson scored 1-9 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kennet Benett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th minute, Ingvar Täman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kennet Benett. The goal made the score 1-10. The Zendraget BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-10. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AC United had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
