The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidnei Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Brasilino's zone, Agostinho Guedes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Xavier came out of the goal and Agostinho Guedes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 13 minutes of play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Agostinho Guedes made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto Xavier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Brasilino's Humberto Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sidnei Dionísio in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eliseu Alagoano got free with Humberto Xavier in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brasilino's Humberto Xavier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Brasilino from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Brasilino's Humberto Xavier got control of the ball when Sidnei Dionísio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Humberto Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Sidnei Dionísio notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Brasilino's Humberto Xavier. Humberto Xavier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Humberto Xavier made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Cléberson Santana sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frank Senna during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Frank Senna hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elias Damasceno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Agostinho Guedes made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto Xavier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Brasilino's Humberto Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseu Alagoano in the 59th minute of play. 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save 卡納里尼奧 FC from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, Elias Damasceno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Xavier. Brasilino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elias Damasceno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 卡納里尼奧 FC made a substitution. Severino da Cunha replaced Sidnei Dionísio. Humberto Xavier came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by 卡納里尼奧 FC's Elias Damasceno. But to his dismay, Elias Damasceno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Humberto Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agostinho Guedes in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Eliseu Alagoano made a precise shot to the right of Humberto Xavier. Brasilino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. 89 minutes into the game, Eliseu Alagoano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Humberto Xavier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the game, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Elias Damasceno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Humberto Xavier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. When the referee ended the match the 卡納里尼奧 FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
