Dráuzio Paraíba started the match with the kick off. After 4 played minutes Brasilino got a freekick which was hit by Murilo Pena. After 5 played minutes, 100 Chance's Vicente Nogueira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Humberto Xavier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 100 Chance reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naldo Marquez in the 13th minute of play forced Brasilino's goalkeeper Humberto Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, 100 Chance's Filipe Meneses got a free kick in the 15th minute. Murilo Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the game, Naldo Marquez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Humberto Xavier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hernani Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Leopoldo Cerezo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Teixeira's late challenge caught a Brasilino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnaldo Teixeira helped the player get up and apologised. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for 100 Chance! Aírton Nóbrega walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Leopoldo Cerezo made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Aírton Nóbrega sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute, Oscar Tande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Aírton Nóbrega in the 38th minute really tested Leopoldo Cerezo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Humberto Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Meneses in the 40th minute of play. After the first half 100 Chance were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Leopoldo Cerezo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aírton Nóbrega, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Humberto Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fábio Machado in the 55th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Brasilino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hílton da Silveira to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Nogueira got free with Humberto Xavier in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Humberto Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráuzio Paraíba in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Luís Fábio Machado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Filipe Meneses made a precise shot to the right of Humberto Xavier. Brasilino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Humberto Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dráuzio Paraíba in the 82nd minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Brasilino's goal looked a bit too open when Dráuzio Paraíba came free, but Humberto Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filipe Meneses could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Humberto Xavier made a huge save. 100 Chance's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
