In the 8th match minute, Rathmore Lime Tree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavian Garcon to maneuver through the defense. After 9 minutes, Gerson Ramos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mestre GG and the Rathmore Lime Tree players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mestre GG's Gerson Ramos got a free kick in the 9th minute. With his leg Sofyane Valognes managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Mestre GG's Dé Paiva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 16 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Sofyane Valognes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilian Fonseca. Raúl de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Cosme in the 17th minute of the match. Sofyane Valognes came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Mestre GG's Dé Paiva. But to his dismay, Dé Paiva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Rathmore Lime Tree were furious when Brandon Pardon was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rathmore Lime Tree! The goalkeeper, Sofyane Valognes, was totally fooled by Mestre GG's João Francisco Mota, who 30 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. João Francisco Mota hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Mestre GG's goal looked a bit too open when Karim Cosme came free, but Raúl de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adil Magaud to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Mestre GG's Dé Paiva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sofyane Valognes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 58 minutes into the match, João Francisco Mota had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sofyane Valognes. Rathmore Lime Tree's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Francisco Mota was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Rathmore Lime Tree made a substitution. Jim Belloir replaced Paul-Émile Brien. Isaltino Oliveira hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Sofyane Valognes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dé Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. When Jim Belloir came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Rathmore Lime Tree fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jim Belloir couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Mestre GG's Wilian Fonseca got a free kick in the 73rd minute. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Karim Cosme took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Raúl de Amaral to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Mestre GG's zone, Karim Cosme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raúl de Amaral came out of the goal and Karim Cosme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sofyane Valognes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerson Ramos in the 80th minute of the match. Sofyane Valognes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Francisco Mota went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. When Rathmore Lime Tree's Karim Cosme in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mestre GG's goalie prevented a goal. Jim Belloir hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the game, Benoît Lamarre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
