Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bujang Sange in the 3rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aman Pintar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aman Pintar. Forever Young's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some careless play in the Forever Young defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aman Pintar. The Forever Young fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aman Pintar should have stopped the shot. After 28 played minutes Forever Young got a freekick which was hit by Ujang Setiadi. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Bujang Sange tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Aman Pintar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho succeeded in the game's 42nd minute to get real power on a long shot . Forever Young's Aman Pintar hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-4! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aman Pintar firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Sebastián Puig during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Forever Young's Aman Pintar got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 61 minutes Forever Young's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Ecuador's Luis Andino getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aman Pintar. That made the score 0-5 after 69 minutes of play. Forever Young's Donnie Priatna was substituted for Igus Hardianto. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Forever Young was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferry Birowo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Donnie Priatna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot.
