Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Trautermann in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by USA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ralf Szüczs was slow to take the kick. During this time FV Wienerwald's players had a chance to rest. In the 8th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jenson Smith to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Mallinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute Anfilogino Alfonsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Felix Hanschirik tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute of the match FV Wienerwald got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ralf Szüczs ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of USA booed when FV Wienerwald was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Reichert didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, FV Wienerwald's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Marcel Mallinger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, USA's Cassius Byrne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcel Mallinger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 26 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Zach Harrison. Marcel Mallinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jiang Yang Yuan. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jiang Yang Yuan's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. FV Wienerwald's Marcel Mallinger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 40th minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Ralf Szüczs recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marco Day. Ralf Szüczs showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. USA's Edward Mcdonald got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, FV Wienerwald's Marcel Mallinger got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Marcel Mallinger made a huge save. FV Wienerwald's Per Nienhaus was substituted for Jiang Yang Yuan. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Hanschirik in the 65th minute of play. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Hanschirik in the 68th minute of the match. Per Nienhaus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob May in the 72nd minute of play forced FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Marcel Mallinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Marcel Mallinger in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, FV Wienerwald's Marcel Mallinger got control of the ball when Sam Campbell tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, USA's Monty Rogers dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. With a little luck, FV Wienerwald's Marcel Mallinger got control of the ball when Sam Campbell tried to sneak it across the goal line.
