Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. Federico Fe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Federico Fe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Fe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of play. After 22 minutes Trapiche's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. In the 23rd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Fe having to interfere. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 34th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rupert Longden during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th match minute, Trapiche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rupert Longden to maneuver through the defense. After 39 minutes Trapiche's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. 41 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Trapiche's Federico Fe. Federico Fe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trapiche's goalkeeper Federico Fe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Porfiro in the 48th minute of the match. The Trapiche players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Feliciano Porfiro made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Federico Fe in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Fe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Federico Fe made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Federico Fe in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Federico Fe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Itzaina in the 70th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Federico Fe was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Fe having to interfere. Federico Fe made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Trapiche's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Federico Fe despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Trapiche's Federico Fe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Trapiche from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 95th minute of play forced Trapiche's goalkeeper Federico Fe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Trapiche fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
