Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. The corner ended in Manfred Bruse almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Baldaia got free with Julio Vera in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Agustín Saelices came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Saelices couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kamiel Ingelborgh saved Ad Fundum from getting behind. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Ad Fundum's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Aurel Cornea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Ad Fundum defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kamiel Ingelborgh. The Ad Fundum fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kamiel Ingelborgh should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Kamiel Ingelborgh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Kamiel Ingelborgh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 36th minute of play. Kamiel Ingelborgh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Cornea in the 42nd minute of play.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tran Vrolijcx in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. If Tomás Baldaia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tran Vrolijcx's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. In the 74thth minute of the game Jordi Paschiers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tran Vrolijcx in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordi Paschiers in the 80th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tran Vrolijcx in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jordi Paschiers in the 90th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Zorita. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ad Fundum throughout the match.
