Sultan-Mehmet Khan might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sultan-Mehmet Khan ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Sultan-Mehmet Khan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luz Tejedor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Spase Kastrati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 92nd minute ✩ Pep Team ✩ were awarded a corner. Roman Riquelme went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Roman Riquelme got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Eurico Dias hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
