Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benny Van der Poorten in the 26th minute of play. Axel Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benny Hill blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benny Hill in the 34th minute. After 35 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Abram Sarmiento. After 44 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Tafalla. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benny Hill was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 51st minute of play forced FC Draconia's goalkeeper Jerome Ngake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Draconia's attentive Denis Serebryanikov managed to snatch the ball when Luis Cazalla made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. With a little luck, FC Draconia's Jerome Ngake got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerome Ngake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, FC Draconia's Benny Hill sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Draconia were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Benny Van der Poorten took the corner. The corner led to FC Draconia's Denis Serebryanikov getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. FC Draconia's Robbin Dirickx was substituted for Joaquin Lekubegi. FC Draconia's Dragutin Kasaikin was substituted for Benny Van der Poorten. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrià Vassaras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Draconia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Harald Sulems in the 75th minute. Jerome Ngake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregoire Decorte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Navarro. 91 minutes into the game, Colombia's Santino Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jerome Ngake made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Harald Sulems kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santino Seco in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerome Ngake prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
