Gheorghe Ţipirig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 24th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The throw-in from Iordache Jităreanu in the 55th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yboy Black's goalie prevented a goal. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Yboy Black's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. Yboy Black's Gheorghe Ţipirig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Yboy Black from getting a goal against them. Yboy Black's Gheorghe Ţipirig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 89th minute of play. When Eduard Muscă came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Yboy Black fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduard Muscă couldn't finish the play. Tomas Illescas in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gheorghe Ţipirig, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cosmin Mardare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
