Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Hising Island FC's Anthon Finman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anthon Finman. Mané Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Andino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mané Netto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mané Netto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felix Montenegro hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 16th minute of play forced Hising Island FC's goalkeeper Mané Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mané Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Hising Island FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Olsmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Hising Island FC defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mané Netto. The Hising Island FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mané Netto should have stopped the shot. Mané Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mané Netto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 36th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mané Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolae Creangă charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolae Creangă the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th match minute, Hising Island FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolae Creangă to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Hising Island FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Mané Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Hising Island FC's Nicolae Creangă ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The Hising Island FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mané Netto having to interfere. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mané Netto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 55 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolae Creangă came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthon Finman in the 59th minute of play. Mané Netto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 60th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Mané Netto made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ľubomír Demský in the 86th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Hising Island FC's Mané Netto got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute, Tommy Olsmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hising Island FC.
