Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Hatayspor's Nafiz Revis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Guillermo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when İbrahim Ethem Acaralp got free with Thiago Pliego in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 9 minutes Chile's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Baskın Türker who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Hatayspor's Baskın Türker to fire away a dangerous shot which Thiago Pliego despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nafiz Revis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güvenç Taşan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hatayspor's Güvenç Taşan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 24th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Güvenç Taşan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nafiz Revis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. If Nafiz Revis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Güvenç Taşan made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nafiz Revis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 59th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hatayspor's goalkeeper Güvenç Taşan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Hatayspor's Nafiz Revis in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. In the 68th minute, Mariano Lacasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Güvenç Taşan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İbrahim Ethem Acaralp in the 80th minute of play. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nafiz Revis, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nafiz Revis in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. After 87 minutes of play, Hatayspor's Mehmet Akif Civanmert made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sermet Baydar kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chile had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
