Pawel Sikola's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gandalf Head stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobald Jeziorkowski in the 52nd minute of play. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Arkadiusz Kostka to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in FC MARKUS's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arkadiusz Kostka came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC MARKUS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Cristian Sancho scored to the left of an out of position Arkadiusz Kostka, making the score, 0-2. Arkadiusz Kostka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 63rd minute. 68 minutes into the game, FC MARKUS's Gandalf Head nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Arkadiusz Kostka made a huge save. In the 75th minute of the match, Cristian Sancho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arkadiusz Kostka saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after FC MARKUS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. With his leg Arkadiusz Kostka managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gandalf Head in the 85th minute of play. FC MARKUS's Arkadiusz Kostka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save FC MARKUS from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC MARKUS.
