With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Engin Akbatu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pontus Granlund made a great header on - HULKAS -'s corner, it was just that Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso managed to reach the ball for a save. Engin Akbatu might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Engin Akbatu ran back to his position shaking his head. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. Engin Akbatu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Engin Akbatu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Engin Akbatu went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Joaquin Gayoso had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Recep Tayyip Yürüker's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Jorge Sainz got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute of the match, Engin Akbatu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joaquin Gayoso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 30 minutes into the match, - HULKAS -'s Engin Akbatu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jaime Cazalla hit a great ball. The corner was taken by Pontus Granlund in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Engin Akbatu made a kick off. Jorge Sainz hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After 54 minutes of play, - HULKAS -'s Engin Akbatu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! - HULKAS - made a substitution. Oğuz Cetin replaced Engin Akbatu. Jorge Sainz got a throw-in 64 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Camilo Franco. 73 minutes into the game, - HULKAS -'s Oğuz Cetin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Oğuz Cetin sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uruguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pontus Granlund was slow to take the kick. During this time - HULKAS -'s players had a chance to rest. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oğuz Cetin in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. Arturo Carvallo hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by - HULKAS -'s Oğuz Cetin. But to his dismay, Oğuz Cetin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 90 minutes into the match, - HULKAS -'s goalkeeper Ke Qi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. If Oğuz Cetin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuz Cetin came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The - HULKAS - fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
