Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slawomir Wojciechowski in the 13th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaw Fafinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Gustaw Fafinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute of the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianluca Scamacca in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Stig Rødal hit a great ball. Gustaw Fafinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Fafinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gianluca Scamacca got free with Julio Vera in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Gustaw Fafinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Felix Montenegro made in the 53rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Ahmet Haşim Tekmil. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustaw Fafinski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 60th minute. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaw Fafinski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianluca Scamacca in the 68th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Fafinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Stig Rødal came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig Rødal couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gustaw Fafinski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianluca Scamacca, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianluca Scamacca in the 86th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustaw Fafinski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianluca Scamacca, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A.
