De-la-Cruz de Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edoardo Filippini in the 6th minute of the match. Edoardo Filippini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edoardo Filippini got free with De-la-Cruz de Alcântara in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The throw-in from Leon Van Der Meren in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Royal PSG's Amancio Itzaina. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Filippini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game was made by Leon Van Der Meren with Philipp Van Emelen as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Tristan Bétourne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulus Van Hove in the 24th minute of play. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Royal PSG's Edoardo Filippini. But to his dismay, Edoardo Filippini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 31 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Filippini came free, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Van Der Meren got a throw-in 33 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Rein Goethals. 35 minutes in the game, Paulus Van Hove dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After a rather tough play, Royal PSG's Çeliker Müjdat got a free kick in the 37th minute. Royal PSG's Edoardo Filippini got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tristan Bétourne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philipp Van Emelen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Samuel Izard made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match, Rein Goethals got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tristan Bétourne was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 59 minutes of play, Royal PSG's Samuel Izard made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tristan Bétourne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulus Van Hove in the 69th minute of play. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Izard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute Samuel Izard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Royal PSG booed when de belletrekkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philipp Van Emelen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes de belletrekkers got a freekick which was hit by Philipp Van Emelen. When Royal PSG's Samuel Izard in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye de belletrekkers's goalie prevented a goal. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuel Izard's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After some careless play in the de belletrekkers defense, Samuel Izard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of De-la-Cruz de Alcântara. The de belletrekkers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that De-la-Cruz de Alcântara should have stopped the shot. The Royal PSG support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
