With a left leg Ronnie Hellström saved Gnaget United FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pastor Dominix in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronnie Hellström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 23 minutes into the game, Chancy Olympique's Pastor Dominix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronnie Hellström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manoel Fraile got free with Ronnie Hellström in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the match, Chancy Olympique's goal looked a bit too open when Clóvis Cabral came free, but Alex Méret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Gnaget United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Okaner Dilşad to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manoel Fraile in the 37th minute of play forced Gnaget United FC's goalkeeper Ronnie Hellström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes Chancy Olympique got a freekick which was hit by Ilgaz Ankaralı. In the 46thth minute of the game Bogdan Utretskiy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chancy Olympique's Alex Méret was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gnaget United FC's Carl Kling was substituted for Clóvis Cabral. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 80th minute Bogdan Utretskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Méret saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Méret came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Gnaget United FC's Carl Kling. But to his dismay, Carl Kling quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 84 minutes into the game, Marcel van der Velden was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chancy Olympique's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gnaget United FC the free kick. A collision led to Chancy Olympique getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Marcel van der Velden hit a great ball.
