With a little luck, A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe got control of the ball when Belo Alvarez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling King Scorpio in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurino Serena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the A.D. Alcorcón defense, King Scorpio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurino Serena. The A.D. Alcorcón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurino Serena should have stopped the shot. Flavius Cândroveanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Maurino Serena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When A4p FC Gad's King Scorpio in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.D. Alcorcón's goalie prevented a goal. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by King Scorpio in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to A.D. Alcorcón getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Apolinar Guijarro hit a great ball. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from King Scorpio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 played minutes A.D. Alcorcón got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Otero. Glenn Fyfe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlantz Bermejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by A4p FC Gad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nereo Acosta was slow to take the kick. During this time A.D. Alcorcón's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to A.D. Alcorcón's Erlantz Bermejo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Alessandro Del Piero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that King Scorpio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maurino Serena was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from King Scorpio in the 41st minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

With an all-out effort, A4p FC Gad's Maurino Serena threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from King Scorpio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling King Scorpio in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurino Serena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 65 played minutes A.D. Alcorcón got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Mayor. A4p FC Gad made a substitution. Erasmo Damião replaced Iulian Berceanu. A.D. Alcorcón's Laurin Mangas was substituted for Nereo Acosta. In the 66th minute, Delmar Mayor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcin Pachucki in the 67th minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Gică Busuioc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Maurino Serena was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 78th minute, Gică Busuioc made a precise shot to the right of Maurino Serena. A.D. Alcorcón's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Leroy Antunez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Glenn Fyfe having to make a save. A.D. Alcorcón's attentive Laurin Mangas managed to snatch the ball when Olle Olsson made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game. Gică Busuioc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gică Busuioc, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Gică Busuioc might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maurino Serena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gică Busuioc ran back to his position shaking his head. Gică Busuioc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
