After a defensive mix-up in Rönnöfors FF's zone, Waldo Renteria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magne Gunnarsson came out of the goal and Waldo Renteria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sten Hökqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Magne Gunnarsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amir Lee's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Cascade Park West's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amir Lee in the 18th minute. Dario Wilhelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Stenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claude Joyner in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magne Gunnarsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Cascade Park West's Zoilo Doblas got a free kick in the 25th minute. A nice corner shot did that Amir Lee got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Magne Gunnarsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Amir Lee received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Magne Gunnarsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Amir Lee slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 31st minute. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Fagerberg in the 37th minute of play. Dario Wilhelm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Fagerberg's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Claude Joyner in the 51st minute of play forced Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Magne Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dario Wilhelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Fagerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Magne Gunnarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldo Renteria in the 61st minute of play. After 62 played minutes Rönnöfors FF got a freekick which was hit by Wiktor Dahlman. Magne Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claude Joyner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Waldo Renteria struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Magne Gunnarsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cascade Park West. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldo Renteria in the 80th minute of play forced Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Magne Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Henry Fagerberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rönnöfors FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Henry Fagerberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Wilhelm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cascade Park West made a substitution. Chad Busby replaced Zoilo Doblas. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Waldo Renteria during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rönnöfors FF booed when Cascade Park West was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldo Renteria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rönnöfors FF's Per Stenberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 96th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dario Wilhelm but with some difficulty. Rönnöfors FF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
