Wilhelm Galle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Brion, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute of the match Kind of Blue got a corner. Los Muchachos del 86's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joacim Hansson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Asiz Soon scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilhelm Galle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute, Sebastian Käller made a precise shot to the right of Atahan Balon. Los Muchachos del 86's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Atahan Balon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Sebastian Käller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atahan Balon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Brion in the 30th minute of play forced Kind of Blue's goalkeeper Wilhelm Galle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilhelm Galle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jérémie Boix in the 34th minute of play. Atahan Balon came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller. But to his dismay, Sebastian Käller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 39th minute, Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Atahan Balon. Atahan Balon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Atahan Balon came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller. But to his dismay, Sebastian Käller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 46th minute, Sebastian Käller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kind of Blue fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Käller to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the game Albino Peruanton made a throw-in which Saverio Brion played forward. Atahan Balon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Sebastian Käller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atahan Balon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. When Sebastian Käller came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Kind of Blue fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Käller couldn't finish the play. Kind of Blue's Östen Högman was substituted for Zhuo Ke Le. After 64 played minutes Kind of Blue got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Aznar. Sebastian Käller struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Atahan Balon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kind of Blue. 73 minutes into the game, Sebastian Käller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Atahan Balon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kind of Blue made a substitution. Horea Boian replaced Anastasios Pallini. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kind of Blue.
