Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Möllgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 minutes of play, A.D. Alcorcón's Belo Alvarez made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aaron Glanselius was left in no man's land by his defense there! 17 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Möllgren came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Henrik Möllgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SSC Ambrosini fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in A.D. Alcorcón's zone, Henrik Möllgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurino Serena came out of the goal and Henrik Möllgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maurino Serena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henrik Möllgren went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Aaron Glanselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Henrik Möllgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Maurino Serena made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Erlantz Bermejo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Glanselius was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 40 minutes into the game, Henrik Möllgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Maurino Serena was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 45 minutes A.D. Alcorcón's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jan Malm who took care of the corner kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a little luck, SSC Ambrosini's Aaron Glanselius got control of the ball when Natxo Cacheres tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rd minute Esteban Vadillos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Glanselius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Möllgren in the 54th minute of play. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Möllgren in the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, SSC Ambrosini's Kristian Wiberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kristian Wiberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SSC Ambrosini protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kristian Wiberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A.D. Alcorcón made a substitution. One of SSC Ambrosini:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of A.D. Alcorcón:s goal. After 63 minutes SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Aaron Glanselius managed, with a little bit of luck, save Erlantz Bermejo's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. The audience was convinced that Henrik Möllgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maurino Serena was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. After having played for 69 minutes, Henrik Möllgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SSC Ambrosini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrik Möllgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aaron Glanselius was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. 74 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Aaron Glanselius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Belo Alvarez. Belo Alvarez came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aaron Glanselius could save by the left post. Aaron Glanselius made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Belo Alvarez sent off a good shot on target. Alcorcón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Mayor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92ndth minute of the game Henrik Möllgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Möllgren in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute of the match SSC Ambrosini got a corner. A.D. Alcorcón's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jan Malm ran over to the corner to take the kick. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. SSC Ambrosini were victorious despite being under pressure from A.D. Alcorcón for much of the match.
