That made the score 1-0 after 43 minutes of play. 47 minutes into the match, Felix Chițu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Angelo Lopez, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Tâbârnă to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Torino FC's Bartolo Lizar got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Torino FC's Angelo Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Tâbârnă in the 54th minute of play. Angelo Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octav Martinaș, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After some careless play in the Torino FC defense, Octav Martinaș kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Lopez. The Torino FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Lopez should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Torino FC booed when FC PIETROSUL -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisc Onete didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristinel Tiberian acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 62nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Tobias Galeno. Aurelian Sava charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurelian Sava the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But to his dismay, Vlad Brezoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Angelo Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Tâbârnă, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 95 minutes into the game, when Sebastian Orain put in a rough tackle. Torino FC:s Angelo Lopez showed great skill when he stopped Horea Hristea:s penalty. Angelo Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Tâbârnă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
