Wit Dubilas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for José Maria Pontes. COURO COME FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. José Maria Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wit Dubilas in the 6th minute of the match. Teofil Lanczak was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christian Botelho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. In the 12th minute, Ryszard Szotek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teofil Lanczak didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 13th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wit Blochowiak during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Szalone Konie's Teofil Lanczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nildo Pereira in the 24th minute of play. If Zygmunt Szostak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Maria Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zygmunt Szostak, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. José Maria Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wit Dubilas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nildo Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. José Maria Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zygmunt Szostak, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After a rather tough play, COURO COME FC's César Vinhas got a free kick in the 40th minute. After some careless play in the COURO COME FC defense, Wit Dubilas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Maria Pontes. The COURO COME FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Maria Pontes should have stopped the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nildo Pereira to strike the kick off in the second half. José Maria Pontes made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Wit Dubilas sent off a good shot on target. COURO COME FC's José Maria Pontes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save COURO COME FC from getting a goal against them. Christian Botelho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teofil Lanczak having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in COURO COME FC's zone, Öztürk Varan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Maria Pontes came out of the goal and Öztürk Varan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wit Blochowiak lost his temper 65 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave COURO COME FC a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by César Vinhas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Szalone Konie's Teofil Lanczak. 3-1. COURO COME FC's José Maria Pontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizinho Matos in the 69th minute of play. Teofil Lanczak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nildo Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Maria Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luizinho Matos in the 73rd minute of play. When Benê Alvarenga fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored COURO COME FC's protests and gave Benê Alvarenga a yellow card for diving instead. COURO COME FC's Lenílson Lago was substituted for Benê Alvarenga. 81 minutes into the game, Szalone Konie's Zygmunt Szostak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. José Maria Pontes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After a rather tough play, COURO COME FC's Jeferson Couto got a free kick in the 90th minute. A collision led to Szalone Konie getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Wit Dubilas hit a great ball. 97 minutes into the match, Szalone Konie's goal looked a bit too open when César Vinhas came free, but Teofil Lanczak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Szalone Konie players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for COURO COME FC.
