Academia Rio's Nechifor Epure played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zygmunt Bielejewski in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Mao Hong Yang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goal looked a bit too open when Zygmunt Bielejewski came free, but Nechifor Epure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Academia Rio's Iurie Mutu got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goal looked a bit too open when Mao Hong Yang came free, but Nechifor Epure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Academia Rio getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Nicu Burtea hit a great ball. Nechifor Epure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikolaj Lech in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goal looked a bit too open when Zygmunt Bielejewski came free, but Nechifor Epure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikolaj Lech took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nechifor Epure. Nechifor Epure dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Nechifor Epure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikolaj Lech, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When Tiberiu Vornicescu fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Academia Rio's protests and gave Tiberiu Vornicescu a yellow card for diving instead. Nechifor Epure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikolaj Lech, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. If Mao Hong Yang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 minutes, Mao Hong Yang made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Academia Rio's Nechifor Epure tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to STAL ST WOLA getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Mikolaj Lech hit a great ball. In the 39th minute Iurie Mutu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Mikolaj Lech left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The STAL ST WOLA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Zygmunt Bielejewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikolaj Lech in the 46th minute of play forced Academia Rio's goalkeeper Nechifor Epure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikolaj Lech scored 0-5 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nechifor Epure, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mikolaj Lech was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Mao Hong Yang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Nechifor Epure was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Academia Rio's zone, Zygmunt Bielejewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nechifor Epure came out of the goal and Zygmunt Bielejewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute, Zygmunt Bielejewski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nechifor Epure. The goal made the score 0-7. Nechifor Epure came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by STAL ST WOLA's Mao Hong Yang. But to his dismay, Mao Hong Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Mikolaj Lech sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 65 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goalkeeper Nechifor Epure had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zygmunt Bielejewski. In the 67th minute, Zygmunt Bielejewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nechifor Epure was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikolaj Lech in the 70th minute of play forced Academia Rio's goalkeeper Nechifor Epure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Academia Rio's goalkeeper Nechifor Epure, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Mikolaj Lech put it in 0-12 from a short distance just to the right of Nechifor Epure. Mikolaj Lech made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 92ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Nechifor Epure would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Academia Rio's Nechifor Epure proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Academia Rio from getting a goal against them. STAL ST WOLA's Gustaw Bendyk got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 98th minute by Zygmunt Bielejewski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 98th minute, Marian Ozon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
