When FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Vasile Hâncu in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Wojtek Szczęsny made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Tâbârnă in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute, Calistrat Bucuță made a precise shot to the right of Cristinel Tiberian. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Marius Turcu hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the F.C.BARLAD defense, Dragoş Bran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wojtek Szczęsny. The F.C.BARLAD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wojtek Szczęsny should have stopped the shot. Dragoş Bran took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wojtek Szczęsny. Wojtek Szczęsny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After some careless play in the F.C.BARLAD defense, David Tâbârnă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wojtek Szczęsny. The F.C.BARLAD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wojtek Szczęsny should have stopped the shot. Marius Turcu kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Wojtek Szczęsny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Tâbârnă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristinel Tiberian made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Braulio Castel sent off a good shot on target. Braulio Castel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cristinel Tiberian came out and tried to block the shot, but Braulio Castel slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 57th minute. After a rather tough play, F.C.BARLAD's Matei Creteanu got a free kick in the 60th minute. A collision led to F.C.BARLAD getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Matei Creteanu hit a great ball. Wojtek Szczęsny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leontin Tudorică in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlad Brezoi in the 66th minute of play forced F.C.BARLAD's goalkeeper Wojtek Szczęsny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristinel Tiberian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liviu Huștea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 played minutes FC PIETROSUL -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Leontin Tudorică. 73 minutes into the game, Dragoş Bran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Wojtek Szczęsny was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute David Tâbârnă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wojtek Szczęsny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, F.C.BARLAD's goal looked a bit too open when David Tâbârnă came free, but Wojtek Szczęsny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dragoş Bran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wojtek Szczęsny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dragoş Bran in the 89th minute of the match. A collision led to FC PIETROSUL -MM- getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Marius Turcu hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute, Vlad Brezoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC PIETROSUL -MM- fans cheered their team off the field, for while F.C.BARLAD had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
