With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfons Lövgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Alfons Lövgren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bernardo Silva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nechifor Epure read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Nechifor Epure didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Silva went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After having played for 95 minutes, Fabian Hermansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bahrtys Talanger's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Hermansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Academia Rio supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bahrtys Talanger's performance. The match ended with a win for Bahrtys Talanger.
