Gilmar Quadros made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Gregorio Quintero sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, Cobresal's goal looked a bit too open when Zayvion Ispuzua came free, but Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Zayvion Ispuzua notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cobresal's Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barcelona de América made a substitution. Caetano Levandowsky replaced Zayvion Ispuzua. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Caetano Levandowsky to make the kick off. Gilmar Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Scapini in the 82nd minute of the match. Cobresal's Kenny McCormick was substituted for Danilo Diaz de Valdes. Cobresal made a substitution. Andolín Duvauchelle replaced Gaitano Valdovinos. After a rather tough play, Cobresal's Nunez Gipuzkoa got a free kick in the 84th minute. A collision led to Cobresal getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Octavio Bourchier hit a great ball. When Dino Scapini fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cobresal's protests and gave Dino Scapini a yellow card for diving instead. Gilmar Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Scapini, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cobresal's zone, Caetano Levandowsky stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea came out of the goal and Caetano Levandowsky tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barcelona de América's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
