In the 19th minute Perlaza Lena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cazimir Angelescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilmar Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gelu Chirilă in the 24th minute of play. Barcelona de América's Gilmar Quadros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Beninda in the 29th minute of play. In the last second Cazimir Angelescu throw himself and got hold of the ball when Félix Torres in the 32ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Barcelona de América's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Perlaza Lena in the 33rd minute. Gilmar Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gelu Chirilă in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Zayvion Ispuzua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilmar Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Tamaron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillerme Escarraz kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Barcelona de América's Zayvion Ispuzua nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cazimir Angelescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Barcelona de América's Caetano Levandowsky was substituted for Zayvion Ispuzua. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caetano Levandowsky was the one to do the kick off. Hayalim Kedoshim's Laurențiu Pora was substituted for Gelu Chirilă. Barcelona de América's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Perlaza Lena in the 63rd minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Félix Torres heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Barcelona de América's Robin Puttemans was substituted for Thomas Ravousis. In the 72nd minute Hayalim Kedoshim were awarded a corner. Luis Tamaron went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Luis Tamaron got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gilmar Quadros quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradford Scalzo in the 74th minute of play forced Hayalim Kedoshim's goalkeeper Cazimir Angelescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Tamaron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hayalim Kedoshim's Garfield Sau was substituted for Luis Tamaron. Félix Fermosel made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Hayalim Kedoshim's Erez Loco. Gilmar Quadros came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Hayalim Kedoshim's Laurențiu Pora. But to his dismay, Laurențiu Pora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hayalim Kedoshim's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ronaldinho Gentenaar was slow to take the kick. During this time Barcelona de América's players had a chance to rest. Despite being the better team, Hayalim Kedoshim failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
