After having played for 4 minutes, Mason Mount managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. eDp! Gaming FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mason Mount was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Huang Zheng Wen hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, eDp! Gaming FC's Natalio Porfirio got a free kick in the 8th minute. Ádám Szuper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Papi Saron in the 9th minute of the match. Universitario's Xavies Berrez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Malvin in the 11th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mon Postigo got free with Ádám Szuper in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 14 minutes of play, eDp! Gaming FC's Mason Mount made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xavies Berrez was left in no man's land by his defense there! eDp! Gaming FC's Ádám Szuper proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save eDp! Gaming FC from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, eDp! Gaming FC's goalkeeper Ádám Szuper had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Papi Saron. A collision led to Universitario getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Eneto Barrachina hit a great ball. eDp! Gaming FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Natalio Porfirio in the 26th minute. In the 28th match minute, eDp! Gaming FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Huang Zheng Wen to maneuver through the defense. Ádám Szuper made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mon Postigo in the 29th minute. After some careless play in the Universitario defense, Mason Mount kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xavies Berrez. The Universitario fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xavies Berrez should have stopped the shot. Aquilino Masdeu hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mason Mount in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xavies Berrez saved Universitario from getting behind. Ádám Szuper made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Mon Postigo sent off a good shot on target. Xavies Berrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mason Mount in the 40th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mon Postigo made a kick off. In the 50th minute, Mon Postigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Tage Magnusson in the 51st minute really tested Xavies Berrez's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Xavies Berrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirilo Malvin in the 58th minute of the match. Xavies Berrez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elce Ko in the 67th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cirilo Malvin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xavies Berrez was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Universitario made a substitution. Lionel-Andrés Newell replaced Mon Postigo. Mason Mount took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xavies Berrez. Universitario's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Natalio Porfirio ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Urbano Berdoi managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Huang Zheng Wen made in the 89th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Natalio Porfirio however managed to control. eDp! Gaming FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
