Emil Atanasiu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcus Ekrot firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mugurel Slătineanu came out of the goal and Abdi Revis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Martin Mutumba made the kick off in the second half. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Jönsätt in the 50th minute of play. 哥伦布 Tiger hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Vykans Vikingar's Tage Glanselius was substituted for Hugo Eden. In the 57th minute, 哥伦布 Tiger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
