Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) FÊNIX F.C.'s Bengt Bouchard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Damian Fetor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Traian Traian's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 4thth minute of the game Traian Traian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FÊNIX F.C.'s Damian Fetor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 6th minute, Traian Traian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Traian Traian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damian Fetor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Traian Traian dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Damian Fetor, 1-0. FÊNIX F.C.'s Damian Fetor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traian Traian in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Pedro Luís Pereira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Gică Hăulică quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 17 minutes into the game, Bengt Bouchard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Andrei Oloieru was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Traian Traian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FÊNIX F.C.'s Damian Fetor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save FÊNIX F.C. from getting a goal against them. Andrei Oloieru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marquinhos Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Traian Traian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Traian Traian received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Damian Fetor came out and tried to block the shot, but Traian Traian slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Traian Traian recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Damian Fetor. Traian Traian showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. In the 36th minute, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Traian Traian ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Damian Fetor. Damian Fetor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. Damian Fetor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Traian Traian in the 45th minute. When Toader Muncelean fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fotbal Club Vaslui's protests and gave Toader Muncelean a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Toader Muncelean got a free kick in the 46th minute. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Matías Azevedo was substituted for Traian Traian. After 49 played minutes, FÊNIX F.C.'s Tiago Gabriel Damião shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andrei Oloieru came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FÊNIX F.C. reached it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Matías Azevedo made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Matías Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damian Fetor was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Matías Azevedo scored 6-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damian Fetor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute, Matías Azevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matías Azevedo in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damian Fetor saved FÊNIX F.C. from getting behind. Fotbal Club Vaslui's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Javier Montes in the 70th minute. Visti Hjelmstoft was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Damian Fetor came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fotbal Club Vaslui's Matías Azevedo. But to his dismay, Matías Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. FÊNIX F.C. made a substitution. Genílson Ferraz replaced João Carlos Medeiros. In the 82nd minute Bengt Bouchard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Oloieru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Marcu Piţurcă quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pedro Luís Pereira, made in the 87th minute of the game. 88 minutes into the game, Pedro Luís Pereira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FÊNIX F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fotbal Club Vaslui the free kick. Damian Fetor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Azevedo in the 89th minute of play. If Matías Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute.
