After 11 played minutes, FC MeHigh's Ahmet Hasan Keyfer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucrețiu Roșeanu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC MeHigh reached it. The audience was convinced that Juan Eduardo Guerrero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucrețiu Roșeanu was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. FC MeHigh's Jailson Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgil Panciu in the 21st minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Virgil Panciu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jailson Abraão. FC MeHigh's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Virgil Panciu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Lucrețiu Roșeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Eduardo Guerrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucrețiu Roșeanu came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC MeHigh's Juan Eduardo Guerrero. But to his dismay, Juan Eduardo Guerrero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Nae Moisil hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Lucrețiu Roșeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Hasan Keyfer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Acácio Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rony Dudu made a kick off. Lucrețiu Roșeanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Hasan Keyfer in the 60th minute of play. Acácio Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. FC MeHigh's Flavius Beca was substituted for Juan Eduardo Guerrero. In the 62nd minute, Acácio Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Traian Curuțiu took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Lucrețiu Roșeanu to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Sporting Royal getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ionică Predescu hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC MeHigh's Diego Marthaler got a free kick in the 74th minute. Lucrețiu Roșeanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traian Curuțiu in the 77th minute of play. Sporting Royal made a substitution. Bum-Kun Kun replaced Acácio Cunha. FC MeHigh were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Sporting Royal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ahmet Hasan Keyfer took the corner. FC MeHigh's Ahmet Hasan Keyfer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lucrețiu Roșeanu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Diego Marthaler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucrețiu Roșeanu having to interfere. Jailson Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Gherasescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Ahmet Hasan Keyfer managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC MeHigh's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Hasan Keyfer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucrețiu Roșeanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
