A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Anfilogino Tolin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Monty Rogers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anfilogino Tolin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cassius Byrne to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Daryl Lutz was substituted for Sebastián Erasto. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cassius Byrne made a kick off. Cassius Byrne came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Anfilogino Tolin could save by the left post. In the 59th minute of the match, Monty Rogers tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anfilogino Tolin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as Monty Rogers kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anfilogino Tolin. That made the score 0-1 in the 62 minute of play. After 67 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Koby Fletcher. Koby Fletcher kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Anfilogino Tolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Tolin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Campbell. In the 82nd minute, Marcos Loi made a precise shot to the right of Marco Day. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. With a little luck, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Anfilogino Tolin got control of the ball when Sam Campbell tried to sneak it across the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Diego Bradley in the 93rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Gong Yu Le. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Anfilogino Tolin in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anfilogino Tolin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
