Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Bayan Baye made the kick off and thus started the match. Bayan Baye hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Roger Stephansson hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute of the match USA got a corner. Wargön's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cassius Byrne ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Zach Harrison heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 15th minute Mikael Liberatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 20th minute. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Liberatore in the 23rd minute of the match. Sören Tunberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 25th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Edward Mcdonald heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Bayan Baye could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. Roger Stephansson might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roger Stephansson ran back to his position shaking his head. 41 minutes into the match, Wargön's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Sören Tunberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sören Tunberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half USA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cassius Byrne was the one to do the kick off. Sören Tunberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikael Liberatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. With a little luck, Wargön's Sören Tunberg got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sören Tunberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 67th minute. After 70 minutes of play, USA's Monty Rogers made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wargön made a substitution. David Buhăescu replaced Maxime Poussin. Sam Campbell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivar Siöberg in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Nils-Arne Nilsson sped through USA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Day. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Wargön's Sören Tunberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Wargön from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute Bayan Baye shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils-Arne Nilsson in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. USA were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
