The supporters of Peru booed when Parque Europa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Ryynänen didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Saul Gomesano tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Coronel Castro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lionel-Andrés Messi, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute.
