Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelino Nueva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute Virgílio Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgílio Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Glauco Breckenfeld capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Glauco Breckenfeld really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Angelino Nueva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano de Toledo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Glauco Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute, Glauco Breckenfeld reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 2-0. The supporters of Reko-Recko 03™ booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes in the game Guillermo Mariano did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tomas Illescas. Abel de Almeida made in the 45th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dedé Gaspar immediately put the ball in play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgílio Trigo to make the kick off. With a little luck, Reko-Recko 03™'s Angelino Nueva got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 51st minute, Virgílio Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Angelino Nueva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reko-Recko 03™'s Angelino Nueva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Reko-Recko 03™ from getting a goal against them. After 70 minutes Reko-Recko 03™'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. 72 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper Angelino Nueva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 75th minute. Reko-Recko 03™'s Amílton do Valle was substituted for Carlos Augusto Sá. After taking down the ball on Reko-Recko 03™'s corner Hao Feng Yu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Virgílio Trigo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgílio Trigo in the 86th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Reko-Recko 03™.
