Falco Pruischer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Falco Pruischer. Who Ate All Depay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 17th minute, Alex Volponi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Wen Bo Yang took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The supporters of Who Ate All Depay booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Tor-Egil Gjertsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Who Ate All Depay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tor-Egil Gjertsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Wen Bo Yang sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Wen Bo Yang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Wen Bo Yang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Wen Bo Yang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Who Ate All Depay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tor-Egil Gjertsen in the 45th minute. A nice corner shot did that Tor-Egil Gjertsen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernard Kolano, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Bernard Kolano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

55 minutes into the match, Wen Bo Yang notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Who Ate All Depay's Falco Pruischer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Who Ate All Depay from getting a goal against them. Falco Pruischer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 66th minute. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Falco Pruischer made a huge save. Tomas Illescas in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Falco Pruischer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Who Ate All Depay's Jeremie Frimpong was substituted for Jan Dirks. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Wen Bo Yang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. 76 minutes into the match, Who Ate All Depay's Jeremie Frimpong sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Tor-Egil Gjertsen notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Who Ate All Depay made a substitution. Yorrick Kiewiet replaced Pieter Koole. Wen Bo Yang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wen Bo Yang's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute of the match Who Ate All Depay got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tor-Egil Gjertsen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Who Ate All Depay's Tor-Egil Gjertsen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Volponi in the 97th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Who Ate All Depay had played much better football throughout.
