Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Catholic Church's attentive Oskar Bergqvist managed to snatch the ball when Felix Montenegro made a throw-in in the 8th minute of the game. With 15 minutes on the clock, Bo-Erik Östensson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Catholic Church! In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Henrik Ingemarsson. 0-1. Henry Kristiansson scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Henrik Ingemarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Ingemarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henry Kristiansson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julio Vera firmly grabbed it by the left post. Henrik Ingemarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 26th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Mathias Björk could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. 30 minutes into the match, Catholic Church's Nick Nick sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute of the match Catholic Church got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kenneth McKinnell ran over to the corner to take the kick. Catholic Church's Kenneth McKinnell was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Sebastián Puig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henrik Ingemarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 played minutes Catholic Church got a freekick which was hit by Oskar Bergqvist. Henrik Ingemarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 38th minute of the match. Catholic Church's Henrik Ingemarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Catholic Church from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrik Ingemarsson. Catholic Church's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Catholic Church was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Bergqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Mathias Björk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Henrik Ingemarsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some careless play in the Catholic Church defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrik Ingemarsson. The Catholic Church fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrik Ingemarsson should have stopped the shot. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Kristiansson in the 73rd minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Catholic Church was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Bergqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrik Ingemarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Henrik Ingemarsson made a huge save. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Henrik Ingemarsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Agustín Saelices slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 88th minute. Catholic Church's Henrik Ingemarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Catholic Church from getting a goal against them. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Henrik Ingemarsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Henry Kristiansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Catholic Church's Henrik Ingemarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Catholic Church from getting a goal against them. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
